Our espresso machines use just the right dose of freshly ground coffee, ensuring precise temperature control, optimal water pressure and authentic micro-foamed milk, essential for latte art. The dose of ground coffee is automatically calculated based on the last use to get the perfect amount next time. A pressure of 10 kg is applied and finished with a 7° turn, just like professional baristas, to achieve an impeccable result.

With the ideal dose of 18g of freshly ground beans and a professional-style 54mm stainless steel portafilter, a full-bodied coffee with a delicious, complex aroma is created. An opulent, creamy, caramel-coloured espresso begins with a low-pressure pre-infusion, followed by a high-pressure extraction process (9 bars), thanks to our 15-bar Italian pump.
