History
The producers of the La Palma & El Túnel collective rely on sustainable and often organic farming methods, not only to protect the environment, but also to enhance the unique flavours of their coffee. The semi-washed processing method, common in this region due to the moderate temperatures, gives the coffee a complex balance between bright acidity and full body. The result is a rich, multi-layered coffee with sweet and fruity notes of yellow fruits and honey, as well as a velvety mouthfeel, offering a cup that reflects both the characteristics of the region and the care of the farmers.
