Presented by Gustavo Martín (Co-founder of Curador and Aeropress coffee champion of the Valencian Community 2022)
We will talk about:
- Specialty Coffee and its organoleptic characteristics.
- How does coffee reach consumer countries?
- In which countries is coffee produced?
And we will finish with an educational sensory journey trying different origins and sharing expectations about the coffees brought by ALIENA COFFEE ROASTERS from ROME and D-ORIGEN COFFEE ROASTERS from ALICANTE.
What's included?
1. A packet of coffee from one of these micro-roasters so you can prepare it at home in your own style (valued at approximately €16).
2. A coffee or tea drink of your choice + homemade bakery from COFI .
3. Access to the conversation.
4. Sensory exercise trying different coffees filled with TOP specialty roasters.

Important: After the welcome, the tasting will begin at 4:15 p.m. sharp.
After the tasting, stay with us to enjoy the opening of the exhibition of the works of Luis David García ( @crini.xyz ) and a musical menu playing on vinyl charged with the energy of the lands where the specialty coffees we will taste originate.
