History

This batch of coffee comes from Hamasho, a charming village nestled among the Bombe Mountains in Ethiopia. It is a special batch, produced only with locally grown coffee beans, without any blending with other batches as is often the case with some Ethiopian varieties.

The extraordinary altitudes (over 2000 meters above sea level) contribute to giving the coffee a unique density and smaller beans, due to the significant temperature fluctuations between day and night. The washing stations, as well as the farms involved, are certified organic. This guarantees compliance with certain agricultural practices and the non-use of chemicals and additives during production.

In the cup, the spectrum of aromatic notes ranges from floral to herbaceous. A subtle sweetness is enriched with hints of rue, jasmine tea and fragrances of fresh flowers.
