The story of Cientotreintagrados as a roaster begins in a peculiar way that is rarely seen in the sector.
Coming from a family with a great passion for gastronomy, Alberto and Guido were part of a new generation of entrepreneurs who have united two disciplines that until now had not been developed together: Bread and Coffee .
Alberto went from the world of cinema to study at a pastry school in San Francisco, California. There he met chefs, bakers, pastry chefs and developed a gastronomic vision that would be the starting point of his career.
Guido is very keen to get into coffee. He learned about specialty coffee after living and working in cities such as Barcelona, London, Amsterdam and Berlin.
Both have come together in a common dream: to achieve a gastronomic experience where bread and coffee are always complemented with impeccable quality. This is how Cientotreintagrados emerged as the first specialty coffee roaster with a workshop on Fernando el Católico Street in 2017.
They currently have their bakery in the Madrid neighborhood of Prosperidad and the roastery on Calle Fernando el Católico where the constant search for quality in the products they make, the dedication, the humility of the team and customer service are their strongholds.
Winners of the best bread in Madrid in 2020 and Second Best Roaster in Madrid for the Aeropress Championship coffee selection; we are honored to have before the end of 2023 their repertoire of coffees so recognized by the community that makes life in Madrid.
