Sensory Experience and Pairing 🎟️
At Curador, we wanted to highlight this little-known origin and have organized, in collaboration with Professor Darveris Rivas, a tasting of six exquisite coffees that will transport you to the essence of Venezuela.
We will present:
- The Venezuelan Coffee and Science project by Prof. Darveris Rivas.
- Presentation and tasting of Villanueva and Gesha specialty coffee varieties from Mesa de Quintero, Mérida State, Venezuela .
- Pairing with chocolates made by Master Chocolatier Giovanni Conversi of Chocolates Mantuano.
- Pairing with extra aged Roble rum by Sommelier Ángel Durán.
And to finish we will have a cocktail that fuses coffee, rum and tropical flavors in a symphony of flavor that you will never forget.
